Tandem Wine Bar and Restaurant in Bothell

On our way to Pen Thai for dinner last week, we walked by this colorful and intriguing restaurant.  It's a wine bar with two levels and an outdoor dining area.  As we were perusing the "Date Night" menu, the owner came out and greeted us.  We told her we'd be back to try out the place next week, so it's on our calendar.  Looks like something out of a Mediterranean locale, doesn't it?
