Peach Cobbler
I made the first peach cobbler of the season with fresh peaches from the Yakima Market. It was a test run for the cobbler I will be making for our summer party later this month.
It turned out very well, and the peaches were at the peak of their flavor and ripeness. The biscuit topping was perfect, and Starbucks Aria Blend or the special reserve blend Malawi make a perfect pairing!
