Raspberry Jam

After weeks of picking raspberries (and inviting the neighbors over to help with the large crop), I finally made the first batch of freezer jam!  The berries are large and juicy this year with all of the hot weather, and I can't wait to spread this jam on my toast tomorrow morning.  We will be enjoying this jam and future batches all fall and winter long.
