Thursday Evenings with Kaila
After I travel from Maltby to Lynnwood on Thursday evenings to give Kai her piano lesson, we get in my car and travel to Mukilteo, where my son lives. Since she spends half of the week with her mother and half with her father, Thursday night is the night of the switch. We spend the trip home talking about music, and then stop at one of three ice cream shops near Dave's home on Harbour Pointe Drive.
