The raspberries are finally ripe! The hot weather, and then the cool, rainy weather has slowed them down a bit, and has produced a crop of very small berries so far. In the last few days, they have grown larger, and are easier to pick.
So far, I have made raspberry/peach pie, raspberry/rhubarb cobbler, and raspberry sauce. We have raspberries on our granola in the morning, and we put them on our after-dinner sherbet. I love this time of the year!
